Order & Shipping

Orders will be dispatched during weekdays. Shipping and delivery will commence when we successfully receive a proof of payment confirmation to PT. WARNA ALAM MULIA (Gemreserves) Bank Account. We will process your order in three working days after accepting the validation and we will deliver the package with a full insurance to your address through trusted Logistic Courier. You will obtain a tracking number to closely monitor the parcel movement.
