All merchandises displayed are available for viewing and purchase at the Gemreserves Office located in Jakarta, Indonesia, except in certain cases where the products are booked or sold. Gemreserves has the right to halt the supply of goods at any time without a prior notice. Please make sure to schedule your visit in advance to ensure product availability and smooth viewing process. Order Processing

To successfully process your order, please fill in all necessary information within the order form for a well ordered delivery. Online Transaction & Pricing Procedures

Gemreserves has the right to alter prices at any point in time without a prior notice. Transactions are only accepted by PT. WARNA ALAM MULIA (Gemreserves) after receiving the confirmation of order. We determine every product pricing with utmost care, however, in the case an item is priced incorrectly, which is noticed upon the order placement, we will contact you to inform such discrepancy, we reserve the right to cancel the order and we will provide a refund for all insufficient charged purchases.

 
Payment Methods

The prices are in Indonesia Rupiah (IDR). We accept VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS via PayPal and Bank Transfers. We accept deposits directly to PT.WARNA ALAM MULIA (Gemreserves) Bank Account. Please do contact us for PT. WARNA ALAM MULIA (Gemreserves)’s Bank Account details.

Bank Transfer Instruction

All payments shall be made in Indonesia Rupiah (IDR) Currency and shall be done by Bank transfer to PT. WARNA ALAM MULIA (Gemreserves)’s Bank Account. Do contact us for Bank Account details and instructions. Please send us a notification that includes your order number in a form of bank statement, receipt or proof of payment document upon making a successful transfer for an immediate proceeding. Any associated Bank charges are the responsibility of the Customer / Payer.

 
Sales & Purchase Agreement

All Gemreserves Gemstones and Diamonds collections are certified by world’s respected Gemological Laboratories and thus, every purchase of the said products will be accompanied by Gemstone and Diamond Certification Reports, being the only trusted scientific analysis, evaluation, conclusion as well as assurance. Gemreserves will not be responsible for any irregularities in the reports. Different Gem Laboratories may grade stone characteristics such as color, clarity, origin, saturation and other details contrastingly. Any difference in opinions should be addressed directly to the issuing Laboratory instead of Gemreserves. Gemreserves can only guarantee if the stone is Natural or Synthetic. Gemreserves strives to provide you with the closest possible visual appearances of Gemstones, Diamonds, Pearls and Jewelleries as maximum attempts have been made to capture images and describe the items as accurately as possible to help you make more informed and accurate purchases. However, clarity, color and saturation of the Gemstones, Pearls, Diamonds and Jewelleries displayed on this website may be exhibited differently from actual merchandises. Since all of Gemreserves’ collections consist of 100% Natural earth-mined specimens, we do not take responsibility for any differences, which may emerge in terms of product clarity, color and saturation.

No Return & No Exchange Policy
